Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Be.Radiant. Hopefully, you’ve found some great products at amazing prices, and you now want to make sure that your order reaches you quickly and safely.

We use the fastest, safest, and most reliable shipping options to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping Fees

All orders of $100 and over are eligible for FREE delivery

We charge a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 for orders under $100.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

You can select standard or express delivery options at checkout. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We process orders during business hours Monday to Friday only. If you place your order Friday to Sunday, it will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

To estimate shipping times, please refer to the guide below or use Australia Post Delivery Estimate Online for a more accurate delivery date.

  • WA, North Queensland, NT and TAS – 4-7 business days.
  • Rest of Australia – 2-5 business days.

Remote areas within Australia should expect a longer delivery timeframe.

Processing and delivery time are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Factors such as adverse weather or an unusually high volume of orders may extend delivery time.

Please make sure you provide a correct delivery address and contact telephone number for smooth delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any late or missing deliveries due to incorrect address and contact information. You may be charged an additional delivery fee if your order is returned as undeliverable for this reason.

All orders must be signed for on delivery unless you have given us authority to leave your parcel in a safe place in the "order comment" box at checkout. Please make sure you will be at home during delivery hours, or choose an alternative address such as your workplace.

After your delivery has been signed for, it will be marked as 'complete' in your online account. If the package cannot be delivered, and you have not given 'authority to leave', Australia Post will leave a card detailing where you can collect your parcel. Usually, this will be at the nearest Australia Post outlet during normal working hours.

Please note:

  • Be.Radiant currently cannot estimate time of delivery or offer a time slot for delivery. We apologise for the inconvenience.
  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages and/or from different warehouses. This means that your order might not all arrive at the same time. We’ll inform you if this is the case.

Order Tracking

On placing your order, you’ll be sent an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery date based on the shipping method you chose at checkout.

When we dispatch your order, you’ll receive a second email with your order tracking number.

You can track the progress of your order by clicking on 'My orders' in your account or by entering the tracking number at Australia Post Tracking Online

If you can’t find your tracking number, your tracking number isn’t working, or you have any other questions about your order, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to help.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear online. If your tracking number isn’t working on the Australia Post website, please try it again the next day.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you want to give us authority to leave your parcel in a safe place, you can let us know by writing this information in the "order comment" box at checkout. Your delivery will then be left in a safe place if there is nobody available to sign for it when it is delivered. This is a convenient way to make sure you don’t miss any deliveries if you’re out of the house; however, you should be confident that there’s a safe place to leave parcels outside your property.

Giving us authority to leave your parcel gives our couriers your permission to leave the parcel unattended at the front door, or in a place designated in your instructions, without obtaining a delivery confirmation signature.

Please make sure you designate a safe place if you have given us authority to leave your parcel, and understand that Be.Radiant and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability regarding items left unattended as soon as they are delivered to your address.

Late and Missing Orders

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order should be processed within two business day.

  • Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Please be aware of this processing time and add it to the estimated delivery time mentioned above to get an accurate estimate of when to expect your order to be delivered. Our shipping guidelines are based on dispatch date, not order date, and are counted from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If the date you expected your order has passed and you have given us permission to leave your parcel in a safe place, please check around your home, as the courier may have left the package in an unexpected place. If you think your neighbours may have signed for your parcel, please check with them before taking further action.

Please check your delivery confirmation email and make sure your shipping address is correct.

Check your delivery status under 'My orders' in your account, or by entering your delivery confirmation number at Australia Post Tracking Online.

If your order is marked as delivered and you haven’t received it, your delivery is marked as 'undeliverable' or 'returned', or you haven’t received your order within seven working days, please contact our customer service team for further help.

Please note that Be.Radiant doesn’t accept liability for delayed or missing delivery caused by a third party.

Lost or Damaged Items

If items are missing from your order or have been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team so we can help.

Sometimes an order may be split into several deliveries, so wait until a full seven working days have passed before getting in touch, as the missing items may be delivered separately.

Avoiding Missing Deliveries

If there's nobody at home when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel, you'll have to arrange redelivery or collection. To avoid this, you can give us authority to leave your delivery. If you give us permission to do this, we will send your order using the 'safe drop' service offered by Australia Post, which means your parcel will be left in a safe place around your home if there is nobody available to sign for it on delivery. If you want to use this service and designate a place for your order to be left, please note this in the "order comment" box at checkout.

If your order is being sent to a work address, please make sure you include your business name and delivery instructions such as 'leave at reception'.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you have ordered goes out of stock after you have placed your order, we will contact you with the option to refund that item or send it at a later date. While we make every effort to keep our website as up to date as possible, sometimes products do go out of stock before orders can be processed.

International Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within Australia when ordering through our website.

However, if you’re living overseas and can’t bear to be without your favorite Be.Radiant products, we can help! Contact us, and we’ll calculate the shipping cost of your order using the international postage calculator at Australia Post. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship flammable products such as nail polish, fragrance, and aerosols internationally due to hazardous goods restrictions.

Be aware when ordering internationally that additional taxes and duties may be charged at customs by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please don’t ask us to mark an order as 'gift' in an attempt to avoid these charges – we must declare the exact value of items and mark packages as 'merchandise' by Australian export law.
