To find out when your product will be available, you can either:
Contact us with the name and/or product number of the out-of-stock item and we’ll get back to you asap with a confirmed availability date; or
We make it easy to track where your order is. We’ll email you a tracking number when your parcel is on its way. Just enter this number on the order tracking portal to see where your order is and when it will reach you
Some orders may be shipped in several packages. If part of your order is missing, we recommend waiting a few days as it may be coming in a separate delivery. If you still haven’t received your entire order after an additional three days, just contact us and we’ll help

For most locations around Australia, deliveries usually arrive within 3-5 business days of ordering. If you live in Western Australia, North Queensland, Northern Territory or Tasmania, deliveries may take between 4-7 business days from ordering. Deliveries to remote areas within Australia should expect a longer delivery timeframe.
Please note that while we process our orders as quickly as possible, we can’t guarantee shipping and delivery times as these may be affected by weather, a particularly high volume of orders, or other circumstances beyond our control
If your delivered item is faulty or not what you ordered, we offer a full refund, (including the postage and handling charges) as long as the product is returned within the specified 30-day return period. If you have simply changed your mind about the product you ordered, we offer a full refund for the cost of the item as long as it is unopened, unused and in it’s original packaging, and returned within the specified 30-day return period. Unfortunately, we can't cover postage and handling costs for change-of-mind returns, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Orders sent by Australia Post registered mail and couriers usually require a signature on delivery. If you’re not sure that you'll be available to sign for your parcel, just write message in the ‘Order Comment’ box at checkout to give us authority to leave your parcel in a safe place.

We source our products from all over the world. Sometimes a product may have been discontinued in the Australian market, but we can still import it from other countries. In addition, if we know a product is due to be discontinued, we proactively import a higher volume of this item so that our customers can continue to purchase it. Please note that if a product has been discontinued worldwide, it will only be available for purchase on the BE.Radiant website while stocks last.
