Order Enquiries

The item I wanted to buy is out of stock, when will it be available again?

We understand how annoying it can be when the product you want isn’t available. We work closely with our suppliers to source out-of-stock items fast – and at the best price.

To find out when your product will be available, you can either:

  1. Contact us with the name and/or product number of the out-of-stock item and we’ll get back to you asap with a confirmed availability date; or

  2. Enter your email on the product page on this website and you’ll be notified by email when the product is available for ordering.

Where's my order?

We make it easy to track where your order is. We’ll email you a tracking number when your parcel is on its way. Just enter this number on the order tracking portal to see where your order is and when it will reach you

I’ve received my order, but something is missing. What should I do?

Some orders may be shipped in several packages. If part of your order is missing, we recommend waiting a few days as it may be coming in a separate delivery. If you still haven’t received your entire order after an additional three days, just contact us and we’ll help

I left a product review, but it’s not showing on the website?

First of all, thank you for leaving a review! We love hearing honest feedback so that we can help you even more. The delay may be because we check all reviews before they are published on our website to make sure they are relevant and helpful. As long as your review doesn't contain inappropriate language or content, we'll publish it as soon as possible. You’ll be able to see it in your account and on the product page

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

We’ve all done it! To reset your password, just click the 'Forgotten password' link on the login screen and follow the instructions

Can I change my password?

Yes! You can change your password through your account information page after you’ve logged into your account.

Do I need a BE.Radiant account to place an order online?

You can still order from us even if you don’t want to create an account. Just select ‘Shop as a Guest’ when you go to check out

We do recommend creating an account, though – it only takes a couple of minutes, and there are some really good benefits, like:

  • Your delivery and contact details will be saved so you won’t have to re-enter them every time you shop
  • You can save more than one delivery address, such as work and home
  • You can review your past orders and reviews really easily

How can I can pay for my products?

You can pay securely online by either:

  • Credit card (Visa and MasterCard only)
  • PayPal (checkout with PayPal express on the product page or through the normal checkout process).

What currency can I pay in?

All products are priced in Australian dollars (AUD), and we only accept payment in Australian dollars.

How do I know it’s safe to enter my credit card details on your website?

When you purchase from BE.Radiant, your card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayWay, an online gateway solution provided by Westpac Banking Corporation. BE.Radiant does not host or store any credit card data. For more information on PayWay, Australia 's leading payment gateway, please visit www.payway.com.au.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we only deliver to locations within Australia, however we may offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to enquire.

How much does shipping cost?

All BE.Radiant orders over $100 are delivered free! Any purchases less than $100 are delivered for a flat shipping fee of $6.95 per order, or $9.95 for Express Post.

When will I receive my order?

For most locations around Australia, deliveries usually arrive within 2-5 business days of ordering. If you live in Western Australia, North Queensland, Northern Territory or Tasmania, deliveries may take between 4-7 business days from ordering. Deliveries to remote areas within Australia should expect a longer delivery timeframe.

Please note that while we process our orders as quickly as possible, we can’t guarantee shipping and delivery times as these may be affected by weather, a particularly high volume of orders, or other circumstances beyond our control

Can I return my item.

If your delivered item is faulty or not what you ordered, we offer a full refund, (including the postage and handling charges) as long as the product is returned within the specified 30-day return period. If you have simply changed your mind about the product you ordered, we offer a full refund for the cost of the item as long as it is unopened, unused and in it’s original packaging, and returned within the specified 30-day return period. Unfortunately, we can't cover postage and handling costs for change-of-mind returns, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Can I get free shipping?

Yes, Be.Radiant offers free shipping for orders above $100.

Do I need to sign for my order when it’s delivered?

Orders sent by Australia Post registered mail and couriers usually require a signature on delivery. If you’re not sure that you'll be available to sign for your parcel, just write message in the ‘Order Comment’ box at checkout to give us authority to leave your parcel in a safe place.

How do I know the products I buy from BE.Radiant are genuine?

We offer an unconditional guarantee that every product sold on the BE.Radiant website is genuine. Our close alliances with manufacturers, official distributors and trusted suppliers allow us to offer our customers authentic products at significant discounts.

Are all the products shown on your website in stock?

We update our site in real-time, so if a particular item is sold out, you’ll see an out-of-stock message on the product page. The only time we remove products from our website permanently is if they have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are no longer available to purchase.

How can you sell products that have been discontinued?

We source our products from all over the world. Sometimes a product may have been discontinued in the Australian market, but we can still import it from other countries. In addition, if we know a product is due to be discontinued, we proactively import a higher volume of this item so that our customers can continue to purchase it. Please note that if a product has been discontinued worldwide, it will only be available for purchase on the BE.Radiant website while stocks last.

We’ve established a strong network of wholesale contacts from all over the world. This gives us substantial buying power enabling us to import high-quality products at lower prices. And then we are happy to pass the savings on to you!
